FRESHERS’ ORIENTATION PROGRAMME
After a pause of three years, the SHARPEN Academy resumed its activities with renewed enthusiasm. The first event in the series was the Freshers’ Orientation Programme, conducted on 19th August 2023, from 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. at SBOA School & Junior College, Chennai.
A total of ninety teachers from all the thirteen SBOA Schools under the SBIOA Educational Trust participated in the programme.
The session was inaugurated by Shri. A. Senthil Ramesh, President of the SBIOA Educational Trust, who addressed the gathering with inspiring words of encouragement. This was followed by an insightful presentation by Mr. D. Ravikumar, Administrator, who outlined the Management’s Expectations from the new teachers.

The orientation served as an excellent platform for new teachers to familiarise themselves with the S.B.I.O.A. Educational Trust’s vision, ethos and teaching philosophy, thereby setting the tone for a purposeful and productive academic journey ahead.
