The SBOA Matriculation School was started in June 1983 with classes VI to IX in response to the needs of many pupils who wanted to pursue their studies according to the Matriculation School syllabus of the Tamil Nadu Government. Ever since, the School has grown into a full-fledged Institution, producing 100% results in the Std X and XII Board Exams, with many centum and state ranks. The School has grown from thatched sheds to a State of the Art buildings in two campuses.

The State Bank of India Officers’ Association (Chennai Circle) whose motto is “Service Before Self” is a registered Trade Union of S.B.I. Officers working in the State of Tamilnadu and U.T. of Pondicherry. The State Bank of India Officers’ Association Educational Trust was sponsored in the year 1978 by the Association and it started educational institutions for the benefit of Officers’ children and to serve the society.
